Aksenov Family Foundation to exhibit NFT works by contemporary Russian artists

Foundation will hold an NFT exhibition

From February 10 to March 7, the Aksenov Family Foundation will hold an NFT exhibition of works by key contemporary Russian artists. The exposition will be opened in the a\terHEN online gallery based on the Tezos blockchain, the organizers said.

About 40 of their works will be presented by artists: Tanya Akhmetgalieva, Liza Bobkova, Alina Glazun, Dmitry Gutov, Alexander Kosolapov, Dmitry Kavka, Liza Kulagina, Albina Mokhryakova, Ulyana Podkorytova and Anastasia Samoilova.

“Our project is a step towards transforming the role of culture and technology in modern society. With the advent of non-fungible tokens, the number of collectors of high-quality digital art has grown significantly, both due to the genius of the artists and the affordable price,” said Dmitry Aksenov, founder of the Aksenov Family Foundation.

You can register for the event using this link. Also on February 25, there will be a panel discussion on the significance of the NFT for contemporary art collectors.

Created by Dmitry Aksenov, the Aksenov Family Foundation supports cultural and educational programs in Russia and abroad.

Recall that on February 1, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Estonian startup StampsDaq, launched an auction of paintings in the form of NFTs.
