Uniqueness of NFTs
The American magazine TIME with almost a century of history has become very fond of cryptography and now allows readers to connect their Ethereum wallets to buy TIMEPieces – unique NFTs created by the TIME community.
The current edition of NFT TIME’s “Long Neck Women” by 12-year-old digital artist Nyla Hayes includes 1,000 pieces of art depicting the 100 women of the year. Each NFT costs 0.125 ETH, you can buy part of the NFT on the secondary market of OpenSea.
The NFT 100 Women of the Year collection features portraits of the world’s most influential and inspiring women, including Coco Chanel, Amelia Earhart, Anna May Wong, Eva Peron, Frida Kahlo, Billie Holiday, China Machado, Dolores Huerta, Gloria Steinem, Indira Gandhi, Tu Yuyu, Diana, Princess of Wales, Madonna, Toni Morrison, Michelle Obama, Malala Yousafzai, Pussy Riot and Beyoncé.
Each TIMEPiece comes with utility features and provides access to virtual and live TIME events, as well as unlimited access to TIME.com, providing additional access to giveaways, and more.
