Travel to India via NFT thanks to MakeMyTrip

MakeMyTrip just unveiled their first NFT collection on NgageN

Virtual Vacations is an immersive limited edition NFT collection featuring the best travel destinations in India. The first series includes Goa, Rajasthan, Odisha, Meghalaya, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Andaman and Himachal Pradesh. Each piece of art is produced in a quantity of only 25 pieces. With 5 of the NFTs already sold out since the launch of the collection, interested buyers need to act fast.

Each of these exclusive pieces is a stunning kaleidoscopic representation of the meta world. They are created using artificial intelligence and iterative loop programming. Basically, the project aims to share some of the unexplored areas of India so that more people can get to know these hidden gems.

The collection is now available on the NgageNFT website, which is powered by Polygon. At the time of writing, there are only four items left in the MakeMyTrip collection. The Covid-19 pandemic has really hit a lot of people. Many, especially those in the tourism industry, have undoubtedly been affected. Overall, 21.5 million people have lost their jobs due to Covid-19.

Therefore, this collection tries to show the hidden beauty of India. We hope this can encourage the return of tourists to India. In addition, proceeds from the sale of this project will go to sustainable tourism projects.

Ngage NFT is a relatively new NFT platform based in Bengaluru, India. The platform has had several NFT projects in the past. For example, they recently released Radhe Shyam’s NFT collection based on a new Indian romantic drama film.
